Job Summary
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building
complex healthcare products. At Winterlight, the product
manager will work collaboratively with the senior PM and
software engineers to ensure the highest quality products for
our clients. This role is well-suited to collaborative,
thoughtful individuals who are excited by the challenge of
building highly impactful products in a regulated space.
Role & Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of
external and internal users

Scope and prioritize activities based on business and
customer impact

Document product requirements for the functionality to be
delivered, in consultation with multiple stakeholders
including clinical operations, clinical research, software
engineers, and external users

Keep a well-groomed backlog, run bi-weekly sprints, and
write user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Maintain solid documentation of product capabilities and
gaps

Own short-term feature roadmap and coordinate prioritization
with broader departmental roadmap
Required Qualifications
-
1-2 years of experience as a product manager at a tech
company
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams,
influencing their work and decisions

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up
their sleeves to get the job done

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup
environment
Preferred Qualifications

Educational background in clinical psychology or computer
science
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Sufficient technical expertise to understand APIs and to
collaborate with our engineering team on high-level product
decisions

An eye for design and an ability to think through how your
product will be used

and psychiatric conditions. Our machine learning based
technology analyzes both the acoustics and content of speech
and language, to help identify disease and quantify its
