Job Summary

We are seeking an individual to help manage the use of our speech assessment technology in clinical trials and research studies. The role is planned as a one year contract with the opportunity to become a permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clinical trial and research sites globally to coordinate study start up activities, including: distribution of hardware, site training, maintaining up to date site information
  • Work with clinical trial sites globally during study closure; including managing hardware returns and administrative clean up
  • Maintain a fleet of iPads using remote management software
  • Generate and maintain IRB/REB documentation relating to the technology for use by international regulatory agencies
  • Maintain Clinical Operations documentation, including: user guides, study specific cheat sheets, checklists, and training materials (including training videos)
  • Maintain study specific speech assessment trackers and deliver tracker information to clients on a weekly basis
  • Assist with the clean up and organization of speech data for transfer to clients and clinical research partners
  • Provide additional administrative and project tracking support to Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Operations Managers
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, this role may also include recruitment and management of participants in Winterlight-led research studies

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Research Coordinator in a clinical research setting
  • Experience working in clinical trials, either as a Site Coordinator or from the Sponsor or CRO side
  • A bachelor's degree in medical or life sciences or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and balance priorities in a dynamic startup environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in neuroscience clinical trials
  • Familiarity with neuropsychological and cognitive testing
  • Additional certification for work Clinical Research such as Clinical Research Graduate Certificate, Good Documentary Practice (GDP), Research Ethics, TCPS: Core 2
