Job Summary
We are seeking an individual to help manage the use of our
speech assessment technology in clinical trials. The role is
planned as a 1-year contract with the opportunity to become a
permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities

Liaise with clinical trial sites globally to coordinate
study start up activities, including: distributing hardware,
booking site trainings, and maintaining up to date site
information

Work with clinical trial sites globally during study
closure; including managing hardware returns and
administrative clean up

Maintain a fleet of iPads using remote management software

Generate and maintain IRB/REB documentation, as requested by
international regulatory agencies

Maintain Clinical Operations documentation, including: user
guides, study specific cheat sheets, checklists, and
training materials (including training videos)

Maintain study specific speech assessment trackers and
deliver tracker information to clients on a weekly basis

Assist with the clean up and organization of speech data for
transfer to clients and clinical research partners

Provide additional administrative and project tracking
support to Clinical Research Associates and Clinical
Operations Managers
Required Qualifications
-
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Research Coordinator
in a clinical research setting

Experience working in clinical trials, either as a Site
Coordinator or from the Sponsor or CRO side

A bachelor's degree in medical or life sciences or
equivalent experience

Ability to work independently and balance priorities in a
dynamic startup environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in neuroscience clinical
trials

Additional Clinical Research certifications, such as a
Clinical Research Graduate Certificate, or certifications in
Good Documentary Practice (GDP), Research Ethics, and/or
TCPS: Core 2
