Job Summary

We are seeking an individual to help manage the use of our speech assessment technology in clinical trials. The role is planned as a 1-year contract with the opportunity to become a permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with sponsors, CROs, and individual research sites across all phases of a clinical trial; study start up, data collection and study closure
  • Prepare and conduct clinical trial site training
  • Provide technical support to their portfolio of clinical trials
  • Supervise data collection, including: monitoring study visit windows for remote assessments, monitoring incoming data quality and following up with sites as needed, maintaining data query trackers, and conducting data reconciliation activities
  • Work with other members of the Clinical Operations team  to facilitate data transfers and ensure that data queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work with the Product team to test new releases of our Assessment Application and identify implementation issues

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing data collection in neuroscience research studies and clinical trials
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with neuropsychological and cognitive testing
